How it works
One postcard.14 localbusinesses.5,000 homes.
Front Porch Mailing puts your business on an oversized, shared postcard that the Postal Service delivers to every door on the route. You get a spot, your neighbors get a reason to call, and you split the cost with 13 other local businesses — never with a competitor.
5,000
Homes on every mailing, delivered by USPS.
14
Ad spots per card, front and back.
1
Business per category, so no competitors.
6¢
Per home, for a standard spot.
The idea
What is asharedpostcard?
A shared postcard (sometimes called a co-op mailer) is one big, full-color card split into ad spots. Each spot belongs to a different local business — a plumber, a dentist, a restaurant, a salon — and the whole card is mailed to the same neighborhood at the same time.
We mail it with USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). Instead of buying a mailing list, EDDM delivers to every address on the mail carrier routes we choose. That means your ad reaches the households closest to you, not names on a spreadsheet.
Because 14 businesses share one card, everyone shares the printing and postage. You get the reach of a 5,000-home mailing for a fraction of what it costs to send your own.
Every door on the route
The card lands in roughly 5,000 mailboxes in one area. No lists to buy, no addresses to manage.
One per category
Once you claim your category, no competitor can buy a spot on that card. The customers who call are calling you.
Oversized, hard to miss
At 12 × 6.5 inches, the card is bigger than the letters and flyers around it, so it gets looked at — and kept on the fridge.
The process
From sign-upto mailbox in 4 steps
You handle two things: claiming your spot and sending your ad. We handle the layout, printing, postal paperwork and delivery.
-
Claim your category
Text or call to tell us what you do. Categories are first come, first served, so your competitors can't be on the same card. We'll confirm it's open and help you pick a spot size.
Good to know Front spots go first. If you want a premium double-size spot, ask early. -
Pay to lock your spot
Your category and spot are held once payment is in. One flat price covers your share of design layout, printing and postage — no hidden fees.
Save 15% Book 3 drops at once and save 15% on each mailing. -
Ad artwork
Email your logo, branding and offer. We design your ad and place it on the card in your spot, alongside the other 13 local businesses.
Offer creation No offer yet? We'll help you create one that gets neighbors calling. -
We print & mail it
The card is printed locally and handed to USPS, which delivers it to every door on the route. Cards hit mailboxes on the agreed date. Get your phone ready.
After it lands Let your team know the card is out so they ask new callers how they found you.

What to send us
Your logo (PNG or vector file if you have one), brand colors, the offer you want to run, and your phone number or website.
Ads that get calls
- Lead with one clear offer, not a list of services
- Give it a deadline so people act now
- Make the phone number big enough to read from across the kitchen
- Use a unique code or QR so you can count every response
Not sure what to offer? We'll help you create an offer that gets calls, so your spot works as hard as it can.
